Returns

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personalised/custom-made orders.

Please ensure all custom details, names, wording, and order information are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

6-Month Guarantee

We proudly stand by the quality of our handmade products and offer a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or workmanship issues under normal use.

This guarantee does not cover:

● General wear and tear

● Accidental damage

● Misuse or improper handling

● Damage caused by incorrect assembly or storage

Repairs

A repair kit is provided with your purchase for minor repairs and maintenance.

For larger repairs or concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in repairing your tent wherever possible.
